Events from the recent months behind our eastern border has drastically changed the nature of the West relations with Russia. The crisis over the geopolitical future of Ukraine means, that the European Union and United States must redefine their relations with Russia. The talks between NATO and Russia held in 2009-2010 about the strategic partnership seems a distant history today. The tensions in political and military relations grow and in the information space the war has been going on.
