Centre for Europe of University of Warsaw and Centre for International Relations invite you to a webinar  „Poland as an example of the effective utilization of the EU cohesion policy funds”.

 The webinar is part of a project entitled “Balkan Ambitions and Polish Inspirations”. This is a public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the grant competition “Public Diplomacy 2022”.

 Marcin Baron, PhD, faculty of the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland (Department of Strategic and Regional Studies). He was granted a Stefan Batory Trust / Foreign Commonwealth Office Scholarship in Oxford to write his master thesis (in 2002) in urban and regional economics. Marcin also completed the postgraduate course “Knowledge Intensive Partnerships for Entrepreneurship” at Södertörn University in Stockholm and the International Management Teachers Academy (track: Strategic and International Management).

 Anna Masłoń-Oracz, PhD, advisor on strategic management and international expansion of companies. Plenipotentiary of the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics for Africa, assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, author of lectures and training courses in strategic management, which she conducts on three continents (Europe, Africa, Asia).

 Jarosław M. Nazarczuk (PhD), assistant professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. His main research interests include evaluation of effectiveness of regional policy programmes (i.e., special economic zones and regional smart specialization strategies), factors affecting regional/firm-level export activity, determinants of FDI location, and aftermaths of their inflow.
