In a commentary on the TVN24 channel, Dr. Nowak emphasized that it would be extremely important for both the Polish and Ukrainian presidents to announce the schedule of work on a bilateral treaty between Poland and Ukraine and to indicate what such a treaty may contain. “In the near future, Poland will also hold the presidency of the Council of the European Union (for the second time in history), and it would be good to consider how we can help Ukraine start accession negotiations with the EU” — the CIR expert also noted.
