EuroTok is CIR’s project for secondary schools aiming to discuss the benefits and costs of adopting the common currency, as well as to show the euro as a mechanism for promoting the most important values of the countries of the eurozone through personalised reverses on coins. Each country placed there their own characteristic motives and symbols. We created a lesson plan together with a presentation on the basis of which our experts will conduct classes in 20 high schools in Warsaw. An element of the project will also be the development of a ready-made webinar, and the launch of a debate on the euro on TikTok, a social medium that young people use most often and from which they gain knowledge about the world. Among other things, young Poles will propose what should be on the reverse of the Polish euro. The project was founded by the Economic Freedom Foundation.
