During the seminar Ambassador of Philippines, Patricia Ann V. Paez, Ambasassador of Indonesia, Peter Frans Gontha, Ambassador of Vietnam, Vu Dang Dzung, Ambassador of Malaysia, Ahmad Fadil Bin Shamsuddin and Charge d’affaires of Thailand, Tachaphorn Suntrajarn delivered their keynote speeches.
