„Polska undoubtedly plays an important role, especially when it comes to providing practical support to Ukraine, the entire logistical operation taking place in Poland. Its scale is enormous, unprecedented in Europe for decades,” said Janusz Reiter in an interview for DW portal [16.07.2023]
„As far as shaping policy and influencing key political decisions, which primarily occur in America, unfortunately, our capabilities are limited. They are significantly smaller. This is not only due to objective factors like Gross Domestic Product. The reason lies in the lack of capacity of Polish politics to forge alliances, create coalitions, and influence crucial decisions through good relationships with other countries,” added Janusz Reiter, Chairman of the CSM Council.
„Essentially, Poland marches alone and relies on a positive image in Washington,” he concluded.
