Krzysztof Wawrzyniak

Member of the Council of the Foundation “Centre for International Relations”. Counsel at Schoenherr. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, corporate reorganizations, and venture capital. He has over fifteen years of experience advising clients across a range of industries, including the energy, real estate, venture capital, and insurance sectors. He has been recognized five times as a Rising Star/Leading Associate in The Legal 500 EMEA rankings (2021–2025 editions) in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A category. He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association, a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Postgraduate Studies in Capital Market Law and Economics) and the University of Warsaw, where he completed two programs—Law and Management. He is also an independent member of the Supervisory Board of PFR Ventures sp. z o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of the investment fund Xplorer Fund S.A. ASI.
