“In the well-understood interest of all of us, regardless of our political views, it is essential to create rules of the game that accommodate everyone (…), no one can be above the law,” said Dr. Małgorzata Bonikowska, referring to the proceedings concerning M. Kamiński and M. Wąsik [06.06.2023]
“It is best for politicians not to comment on the actions of the courts and to respect their judgments, especially since the third branch of government, the judiciary, exists to adjudicate independently. Ideally, politicians should not interfere with the work of judicial authorities,” said Dr. Bonikowska in a comment on Polish Radio.
