Poland issues the largest number of work permits among the EU countries, with the population of economic immigrants estimated at 1 million. At the same time, Poles are one of the European societies most afraid of foreigners.
The participants of an online debate organised on 2 July 2020 by the Centre for International Relations and the European Commission Representation in Poland discussed the results of this collision.
