On the occasion of World Food Day, Club Demeter organised in Paris the third edition of its forum “À la Table du Monde”, in partnership with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Directorate for Economic Diplomacy.
This year’s theme — “Europe: Between Food Fictions and Agricultural Realities” — brought together experts from politics, business, and academia to discuss the challenges of competitiveness, sustainability, agriculture, and food security in Europe.
The Centre for International Relations (CIR – CSM) was represented by Dr Bruno Surdel, who took part in the panel discussions on sustainable competitiveness in the European agri-food sector.
