Centre for Europe of University of Warsaw, Centre for International Relations and Institute of Central Europe invite you to a webinar
? “Poland as a country involved in the creation of a migration policy that guarantees a balance between the needs of the labor market and internal security”.

? The webinar is part of a project entitled “Balkan Ambitions and Polish Inspirations”. This is a public task financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland within the grant competition “Public Diplomacy 2022”.

Our guests are:
➡️ Marta Pachocka, PhD, Department of Political Studies of SGH Warsaw School of Economics; Head of the Migration Policies Research Unit at the Centre of Migration Research of the University of Warsaw; Secretary of the Polish European Community Studies Association (PECSA).

➡️ Janusz Balicki, dr. hab. prof. of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw; Institute of Political Sciences and Administration (Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences); head of the Inter-institutes Migration Research Unit and the Interdisciplinary Migration Research Network; member of the Government Population Council.

➡️ Artur Gruszczak, Professor of Social Sciences, Chair of National Security at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is a Faculty Member of the European Online Academy, Centre International de Formation Européenne in Nice.

➡️ Dominik Wach, political scientist, a PhD student at the University of Warsaw, an affiliate at the Centre of Migration Research, and an assistant researcher at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He was professionally involved in the integration of refugees between 2008 and 2022.
