Iwona Bąbiak, sociologist, social psychologist – holds Masters’ degree from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), currently a researcher in Interdisciplinary Doctoral Programme at the SWPS. She has participated in numerous research projects  on issues such as: the integration of foreigners in Poland, situation and needs of people with limited skills and the development and processes within local communities. She is working closely with numerous think tanks and NGOs in Poland and India.
