Counselor, and subsequently Deputy Head of the Polish Embassy in Germany, 1991-1995. Deputy director of the Center for International Relations, 1995-1998. Director of the Department for Consular Matters and Polish Communities Abroad, and then Under Secretary of State, Ministry Foreign Affairs, 1998-2001. Polish Ambassador in Germany, 2001-2002. Scholarship from Alexander von Humboldt - Stiftung. Author of publications on international law and international relations.
